A Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery

My path to this work is deeply personal—shaped by my own experiences of navigating life’s challenges, questioning my identity, and seeking a way forward. I began my career as a lawyer and finance specialist, but life had other plans. Becoming a single mum, recovering from trauma, and searching for deeper meaning led me down an unexpected path—one of healing, transformation, and self-discovery. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain, but I also know the strength, clarity, and peace that come when we embrace and work through our experiences.

Where the Practical Meets the Spiritual

My work today brings together both the practical and the spiritual. My background in law and business gave me a deep understanding of structure, resilience, and navigating complex situations, while my spiritual journey reconnected me with something just as powerful: the ability to heal, transform, and create a life of alignment and purpose.

A Deeply Rooted Spiritual Connection

Spirituality has always been a part of me. My intuitive gifts were passed down through my paternal grandmother—an incredibly gifted woman who, sadly, never had the chance to fully embrace her abilities. As a child, I attended a spiritual church with my mum and grandmother, where I was reintroduced to energy healing, psychometry, clairvoyance, mediumship, and tarot. These practices felt like home to me, yet for much of my life, I kept my gifts private, only sharing them with my closest family, friends, and healers.

Through past life regressions, I’ve come to understand that I have walked this path before—as a healer, mystic, and guide. It’s in my blood, ingrained within my soul. And now, I’m embracing it fully, using my gifts to support women in their own healing and transformation—so they, too, can reclaim their power, peace, and truth.

Qualifications and Healing Modalities

Today, I bring a unique blend of deep listening, intuitive guidance, and actionable support to my work. I’m certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Relationship Coach, Reiki Healer, Mind Detox Therapist, Accredited Sound Healing and Sound Therapy Practitioner, and Sister Circle Facilitator. My ongoing studies include a Master’s in Holistic Counselling and additional healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Each of these practices allows me to hold a safe, nurturing, and transformative space—one that invites profound healing and soulful shifts from within.
